Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Baptism is the sacrament in which, by the cleansing with water in the name of God, Creator, Saviour and Spirit, we are received into the Church of Christ and are engaged to be completely and always his.
Baptism commits all of us to follow the footsteps of Jesus, sharing in his mission to bring love, justice and peace to the world.
